Open Enrollment is scheduled for both County and PERS medical plans for September 15, 2014 through October 10, 2014.  Employees/Retirees/Survivors are able to make changes to medical and/or dental plans during this time which will become effective January 1, 2015. 

Note:  This is also the time for employees to enroll in the Health Care Spending Account (HCSA) and Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP).

Information will be mailed to employees and retirees to the address on record as of August 1, 2014 with 2015 rates.

Medicare 101 Seminar
Whether you are a retiree or an active employee and eligible for Medicare (or will be in the near future), we are offering a presentation which will answer your questions on Medicare.  Two sessions are being offered on September 17th and space is limited; therefore, we require that you signup for a session by calling Employee Benefits Service Unit at (925) 335-1746.  See flyer.
