Call Center Information:

Our Call Center is open Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Contact us toll free at 1-866-901-3212.  You can access account information, listen to informational messages or converse live with a DCSS representative during these hours. You will need your valid participant ID# and your social security number.
