Home Upgrade

$1,000 - $3,150 in rebates 
Home Upgrade combines multiple improvements to increase your home's overall energy efficiency, saving you energy and money. Must work with a participating contractor.    

​Advanced Home Upgrade
$1,000 - $6,500 in rebates plus $300 Assessment Incentive 
For an Advanced Home Upgrade your participating contractor will use special software to model your home and calculate you projected energy savings. The calculated energy reduction from your project determines how much you'll receive in rebates.

​Multifamily Building Enhancements 
$750 in rebates per unit in buildings 5+ attached dwelling units​
Energy Upgrade California in the Bay Area Offers planning assistance and cash rebates for multifamily properties that undertake energy and green upgrades. The program assists in planning energy saving improvements designed to save 15% or more of a building's energy usage and provides $750 per unit in rebates to help pay for the upgrade.

East Bay Energy Watch (EBEW) is a collaboration between Pacific Gas and Electric Company and local governments, non-profit and for-profit energy service providers in the East Bay dedicated to providing innovative energy efficiency solutions for residents and businesses in communities through out Alameda and Contra Costa Counties.

Energy Upgrade California
Energy Upgrade California is a statewide program that offers incentives to homeowners who complete select energy-saving home improvements on a single-family residence. By working with participating contractors, homeowners can choose from two incentive options, the Basic Package or the Advanced Package, based on their improvement needs and budget.
