Americans with Disabilities Act

It is the goal of the Contra Costa County Veterans Service Office to ensure that its

programs, services, buildings, employment opportunities, communications, and work

environments are accessible to all individuals, and to comply with the requirements of

Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act. ADA inquiries regarding a specific

Veterans Service Office facility should be directed to the ADA Coordinator for that

facility. ADA Compliance Procedures and Complaint Form, and ADA Compliance Notice

are available for your convenience. If you have additional questions, please contact the

ADA Coordinator, Susan Ferguson at

(925) 3131481.

Please note Contra Costa County Veterans Service Office has no authority to respond to

inquiries regarding Veterans Memorial Buildings or any county facility not used by the

Veterans Service Office. Please contact the ADA coordinator at Public Works for those

specific ADA needs. If you have an inquiry regarding a public facility, program or

service that is not part of Contra Costa County, you may contact the ADA Coordinator

within that city/county, the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing

(www.dfeh.ca.gov) or the Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission
