  • Providing general management of the financial information and accounts of all departments, districts, and other agencies governed by the Board of Supervisors
  • Providing employee development, personnel, payroll, and fiscal administration
  • Providing systems development and support
  • Providing secretarial and clerical support
  • Budget development and management
