Independent Registered Municipal Advisor (IRMA) Exemption Disclosure

IRMA Request for Proposal

The Contra Costa County Administrator’s Office announces the issuance of a Request for Proposals (RFP) to qualified IRMAs to advise the County on financial strategy, policy issues and issuance of debt on the County’s behalf. Any selected contractor will be required to enter into a standard contract with the County.

Written questions are due from respondents by August 1, 2014 and can be directed to Timothy Ewell, Senior Deputy County Administrator, at Timothy.Ewell@cao.cccounty.us.

Interested IRMAs must submit six (6) completed proposal copies no later than 4:00 p.m. (PT), on Friday, August 8, 2014 (no postmarks, e-mails, or faxes will be accepted).
