HA.1      AUTHORIZE the Housing Authority Executive Director to submit an application and to execute necessary forms for use of $235,000 of the City of Antioch’s Community Development Block Grant Program funds to rehabilitate Affordable Housing Units in Antioch.  (District V)

HA.2      AUTHORIZE the Housing Authority Executive Director to execute a promissory note in the amount of $1,000,000 securing a loan from the Housing Authority to DeAnza Gardens, Limited Partnership for the replacement of 86 public housing units with 180 new affordable housing units.  (District V)

Requests for reconsideration of a land use (planning) decision must be submitted in writing to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors within 10 days of the Board's decision, and must identify the new information which was not before the Board of Supervisors when the decision was made.
