JOINT MEETING – Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors and County Planning Commission and City/Town Councils and Planning Commissions to hear a presentation on the Draft Vision of Shaping Our Future, to ask questions and then, within respective agency groups, discuss implications of the Draft Plan, offer feedback, and suggest changes. Reports from Project Manager Don Blubaugh and John Fregonese, Project Consultant – Fregonese Calthorpe Associates.

Recommendation: Hear the reports, ask questions, have internal agency discussions and report back on those discussions.
