APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the General Services Director, or designee, to execute a Permit to Enter with the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District (BART) for the County to deliver, install, and operate a Library Book Dispensing Machine at the Pittsburg/Bay Point BART station located at 1700 West Leland Road, Pittsburg; FIND that the project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as a Class 1 (a), Section 15301 exemption; and DIRECT the Director of General Services to file a Notice of Exemption with the Clerk-Recorder.
