Cecchini Ranch Development Proposal
Private Island Homes, a local developer, is
proposing development of a master planned community on the 1,100 acre Cecchini
Ranch property including:
 | 4,000 to 6,000 new residences, many to be water oriented |
| New marina |
| Commercial and light industrial uses |
| New parks, new schools, and new trail system |
| Open space and delta interpretive center |
