    General Info: This organization will add your name to 'opt-out lists' for mailing lists, telephone marketing lists and e-mail lists**. You can have your name added to these opt-out lists by calling or sending them a postcard/letter or form (found on their website) or registering online or printing and mailing complete form with an enclosed check for $1.

    Complete the online registration form and your e-mail address(es) will remain on their opt-out list for two years.
