    General Info: Accepts the materials listed below at no charge from residents of West County only (Crockett, El Cerrito, El Sobrante, Hercules, Kensington, Montalvin Manor, North Richmond, Pinole, Port Costa, Richmond, Rodeo San Pablo, Tara Hills, Tormey and other unincorporated areas in West County). Proof of residency required, such as utility bill or driver's license.

    Transportation Limits: Residents - 15 gallons or 125 pounds, Small Businesses - 27 gallons or 220 pounds. No containers larger than 5 gallons. Please call or visit their website for additional details on transportation limits and delivery requirements.
