    General Info: Smoke detectors contain hazardous material and cannot go to a landfill. Call or order direct from their website for your mail back smoke alarm recycling kit. A 5-gallon prepaid container holds 25 household type smoke alarms. Or you can mail individual alarms. Call for prices. The company pays for shipping each way and all manufacture smoke alarems are accepted.
