FINAL Survey Results
Thank you for your interest in the Voter Preference Survey for the design of the Iron Horse Trail Pedestrian/Bicycle Overcrossing.  The survey was designed to inform the County decision makers in choosing an option.  Over 550 individuals indicated their preference.  The preliminary tabulation of votes is as follows:

Over 35% of the voters provided comments.  Staff and consultants will be analyzing the preference survey results, the comments received, along with the previous community design input to develop a report and recommendation for consideration by decision-makers.

NEXT STEPS
The Board of Supervisors selected the Arch design for the Overcrossing at its meeting of June 10, 2003 (Staff Report**).  

Construction is slated for 2005.  Stay tuned to this site for periodic updates.
