project consists of rural road shoulder widening for vehicular safety, re-establishment
of drainage ditches, improvement of sight distance by lowering the roadway and grading
slopes on the inside of specific curves.
General Location: Pavement widening at two locations. Location 1 begins at the intersection of Deer Valley Road and Marsh Creek Road, and ends 1000’ north of the intersection. Location 2 begins 2300’ north of intersection to 3300’ north of intersection within a reversing curve.
