District V Supervisor
Federal D. Glover has represented the district on the Board of Supervisors since 2000.
With a primary interest in enhancing the quality of life, he has spearheaded several initiatives and ordinances that are widely recognized as making District V a desirable place to live and work.

District Five spans the northshore of Contra Costa County, including the cities of Hercules, Martinez, Pittsburg and portions of Pinole and Antioch as well as the unincorporated communities of Alhambra Valley, Bay Point, Briones, Rodeo, Pacheco, Crockett, Tormey, Port Costa, Mt. View, Vine Hill, Reliez Valley and Clyde.
