From Bay Point to Bethel Island and the trio of cities in between (Pittsburg, Antioch and Oakley) District V is decidedly among the most diverse in Contra Costa County. Bustling shopping areas like the Lone Tree corridor in Southeast Antioch and active fishing and water sport communities like Bay Point and Bethel Island appeal to the families who live in our district and many who visit here each year.

Federal D. Glover has represented the district on the Board of Supervisors since 2000. With a primary interest in enhancing the quality of life, he has spearheaded several initiatives and ordinances that are widely recognized as making District V a desirable place to live and work.
